03. When and how did I come up with the idea of becoming an IP Administrator?
Intellectual Property runs in my family – my dad was a Formalities Officer at the EPO, so I drew my first doodles on discarded Office Actions and Statements of Grant. My interest in languages and law led me to GSKH where I enjoy working with clients and colleagues all over the world.

04. What was the most catching moment/adventure/happening, … in your career so far?
In my work with the paralegal trainees at our firm I got the opportunity to support some extraordinary people in learning the skills of our trade and laying the foundation for their career. Seeing them today, working as highly qualified experts in their field makes me very proud.

05. What does GSKH represent for you?
For me GSKH is the perfect combination between a boutique law firm and a big player. Our team is still small enough to know everybody well and to change and continuously improve processes. On the other hand our client base is impressive and I often see the inventions and brands we protect in my daily life.

03.When and how did I come up with the idea of becoming an Attorney at Law in IP?
I got enthusiastic about IP for the first during my studies for the Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Chicago. That’s when I decided to become an IP-lawyer.

04. What was the most catching moment/adventure/happening, … in your career so far?
Actually, every time I attend an oral hearing (because you could always expect the unexpected).

05. What does GSKH represent for you?
A pleasant workplace to be creative and successful.

03. When and how did I come up with the idea of working for an IP Office?

I started my professional career at GSKH in 2002. I had been looking for a challenging position where I could use my language skills and work independently and found this in the annuity department where I can combine both aspects.

04. What was the most catching moment/adventure/happening, … in your career so far?

Our company excursions have always been good fun. I remember in particular our rafting tour on the river Lech in Tyrol in the pouring rain. We had a great time!

05. What does GSKH represent for you?

I enjoy working for GSKH where I can continue to improve my professional skills.

03. When and how did I come up with the idea of becoming an IP Paralegal?

I studied languages and always wanted to work in an international field – I think the IP world combines my interests very well and it never gets boring!

04. What was the most catching moment/adventure/happening, … in your career so far?

Moving to a new city to work for GSKH and then starting the apprenticeship as IP Paralegal last year has been “crazy” – but in a good way!

05. What does GSKH represent for you?

For me as an apprentice GSKH is a great place to learn with competent and skilled people that are never too busy to share their knowledge!  (and it’s nice to have colleagues you would not mind going to the beer garden with after-hours!)
